Soliverie is an Australian retailer of vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements operated as a sole-trader business based in New South Wales, Australia. References to "Soliverie", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms mean the operator of soliverie.com. References to "you" mean the person accessing the site or placing an order.

2. Acceptance of these terms
By browsing, registering with, or purchasing from soliverie.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the "Last updated" date shown above. Material changes will be communicated via the site or via email where appropriate.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Australia to place an order. Orders placed by minors will be cancelled and refunded. Soliverie does not currently ship outside Australia.
4. Products and information
The supplements offered on soliverie.com are listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) and sourced from Australian GMP-certified manufacturers. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, dosages, and images on the site are accurate, but we do not warrant that all content is free of errors or omissions.

Always read the label, follow the directions for use, and consult a qualified health professional before starting any new supplement — particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, managing a medical condition, or under 18. 5. Orders and acceptance
An order placed through soliverie.com is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including (without limitation) where:
- The product is out of stock or has been discontinued.
- There is an error in the price, description, or images of the product.
- We suspect the order is fraudulent, has been placed by a minor, or is for resale without our consent.
- The shipping address is outside Australia or otherwise unserviceable.
If we decline an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. A contract of sale forms only when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.
6. Pricing and currency
All prices on soliverie.com are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Shipping fees, where charged, are shown at checkout before payment.
We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
7. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment processor.
- PayPal.
- PayID instant bank transfer (10% discount applied automatically).
- Direct bank transfer (10% discount applied automatically).
Card and PayPal orders are processed and dispatched on receipt of payment. PayID and bank-transfer orders are dispatched once funds clear into our account; please use your order reference (e.g. SLV-XXXXXX) when transferring so we can match your payment promptly.
Soliverie does not store full card numbers. All card information is handled by our payment processor under PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure.
8. Promotional codes and discounts
Promotional codes (such as 2026 for 10% off the first order) are subject to the conditions stated where they are advertised. Unless stated otherwise:
- One promotional code may be used per order.
- Codes cannot be used in combination with payment-method discounts (PayID/bank transfer) unless explicitly indicated.
- We may withdraw or modify promotional codes at any time.
- Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
9. Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post and major couriers. Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
Shipping is free on orders over $150. For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We will provide a tracking number when your order ships. If your parcel does not arrive, see our Refund Policy.
10. Returns and refunds
Your rights to return faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, and our 14-day change-of-mind window for unopened products, are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Intellectual property
The Soliverie name, logo, brand mark, product photography, copy, and the design of soliverie.com are owned by Soliverie or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the site or its content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may share product links and product images for personal, non-commercial use.
12. Acceptable use
When using soliverie.com you agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information at checkout, including using stolen payment details.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site, including by uploading malicious code or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
- Scrape, automate, or otherwise extract data from the site at scale without our written consent.
- Use the site or our products for any unlawful purpose.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies that you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to those non-excludable rights, and to the extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee in respect of goods supplied is limited, at our option, to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or refunding the purchase price.
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage arising out of your use of the site or our products, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.
- You are responsible for following the directions for use on each product label and for consulting a health professional where appropriate.
14. Privacy
We collect personal information (such as your name, email, shipping address, and order details) only to fulfil your order and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, email infrastructure) who handle your data only to perform the relevant service. 15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, or decline to accept future orders, where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct. Suspension or termination does not affect any orders already accepted by us, which will be fulfilled in accordance with these terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Soliverie submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia for any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site.
